The authors concluded that acupuncture may improve vertigo, tinnitus, ear fullness, and hearing loss in patients with Ménière’s disease.

The researchers also noted that larger, long-term studies are still needed — an honest caveat worth keeping in mind. Even so, the direction of the evidence is promising and aligns with what Dr. Tony sees in the treatment room.
