What is red light therapy?
Red light therapy is a treatment that uses 660nm visible red light and 850nm near-infrared light that can be used for many conditions of the human body. These wavelengths activate several biological processes that are perceived to be good for health.
Photobiomodulation (PBM)
Is the term used for how both visible red and near-infrared helps the body heal and relieve pain. infrared light is invisible to the naked eye, but our bodies can feel the energy as warmth or heat.
